Simply Outrageous Dining Room Dalton Georgia

What to Expect

ONE

grab a coffee and let’s chat

Once you’ve decided “I want you!” schedule your consultation meeting or call with me so we can make sure we are on the same page, and I am the best option for the project you have planned.

TWO

sign on the dotted line

If after the meeting or call, we both feel this is a great fit, I will review your budget, goals, and big vision we discussed in our meeting, and I will curate a customized plan for you or your business. Then, I’ll send you a contract right here in Honeybook, so you can see all of the terms clearly outlined and sign the contract to make it official.

THREE

the adventure begins

You will receive a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for our project. You will be able to review the dates and let me know of any conflicts so we can adjust as needed to make sure the project stays on track. You'll also receive the first steps of your homework requirements.

While you work through your homework, I will review everything before we proceed to the next step so don’t ever worry about “doing it wrong”!

FOUR

it’s go time!

After your homework is complete, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉 We will now move forward with the project outlined in your contract. During this time be sure to be thorough with reviewing/proofing what is sent and upfront about any changes you might want to see made. We will work through your project one step at a time so you will never get to the end and feel “oh my - I have made one big mistake.” Each step builds upon the one before.

FIVE

celebrate and stay tuned

After we have launched your project, popped the champagne, and celebrated you - the party continues! If anything comes up, don’t worry! I provide you 14 days of support after we have completed our project together or you can choose to continue to work with me through a retainer package. Like I said, I’m your new partner in design!

How to Prepare for Your Design Consultation

To make the most of your appointment, we recommend bringing the following items to help us fully understand your vision, space, and goals:

Design Inspiration
Share anything that inspires you—Pinterest boards, magazine clippings, saved Instagram posts, furniture pieces, artwork, or textures you love. This helps us quickly align on your aesthetic and direction.

Photos of Your Space
Clear photos of the room(s) allow us to understand layout, lighting, architectural features, and flow before and during your consultation.

Color & Material Samples
Bring fabric swatches, paint colors, finishes, or any existing elements in your home that we’ll need to complement or match. Even small samples make a big difference.

Space Details
If available, please include measurements or floor plans noting windows, doors, hallways, and any unique features. Don’t worry—we’ll take precise measurements before your project begins.

Budget Range
A clear investment range helps us design intentionally and recommend options that align with your expectations from the start.

Your Wishlist
Tell us what matters most—must-haves, priorities, pain points, and challenges you’re hoping to solve. The more we know, the better we can design a space that truly works for you.
